The Ferrari F1 team has unveiled a new logo following the removal of the infamous ‘barcode’ livery that drew allegations of subliminal cigarette advertising on behalf of the team’s primary sponsor Marlboro.Health experts have been lobbying for a number of months for a change to the branding on the F10 car that resembles the packaging of the Philip Morris-owned cigarette brand. However the new logo, to be used from 2011, remains red and white and is more angular than before, moving some observers to surmise that it reminds them even more of the main sponsor’s product.Ahead of the British Grand Prix, team boss Stefano Domenicali also confirmed that next year the team name will be the same - Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro.Tobacco advertising has been banned for a number of years although Marlboro’s long-running sponsorship of the Ferrari team has remained
